By accessing or using the Platform, users knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly accept all limitations described herein, waive claims arising from unverified reliance upon Platform outputs, acknowledge responsibility for independent verification, and agree that all use occurs solely at their own risk. Any dispute arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and users consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Florida to the maximum extent permitted by law.
